Lesser weapon will only mean more pots used. Grappler can potentially burn more pots in 4x dungeons if you don't know what you're doing, but it's unlikely except in like vilmark king's solo.

Most people aren't really even considering vilmark king's solo so I wouldn't use it as a counter-point.
