In More Milk Plus, Motherlove blends fenugreek with fennel, a digestive aid, to help counteract this possible side effect. Also, fenugreek is not recommended for those with hypothyroidism who are on medication, as it may block the absorption of the thyroid medication. In rare cases, fenugreek can also lower blood sugar and cause breakthrough menstrual bleeding.

My milk supply increased just like it says it should. Definitely enrolling in the auto shipment. I started taking this Midway through September I've been taking it about 3 times a day and it seems to be helping!

I was induced early and gave birth around 37 weeks and for the first month my Supply was barely keeping up with babies demands. After I started this regularly I seem to be making more! I will continue to use this and keep some on hand in case I have a dip in supply!!

I wish I knew about these supplements with my first 3 babies. More Milk Moringa and Goats Rue is the combo that works for me.
