Completing these 3 UWorld components or as much of them as you can would be my recommendation for Step 3 studying. In my opinion, this is sufficient, or should be for most. Augment this as needed with other materials based on your comfort or expected performance. But this is where I would start. I will note that the 2-day process is a bit grueling if done back-to-back, so be mentally prepared for that.
